ITINERARY
Day 1 SINGAPORE – AMSTERDAM

Meals on Board
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Amsterdam in The Netherlands, where some might say is the bicycle capital of the world. Upon arrival, enjoy a rejuvenating rest at your hotel.

Day 2 AMSTERDAM – AALSMEER – HAARZUILENS
Breakfast/Dinner
Today, begin your tour at Aalsmeer to visit Royal FloraHolland, where flowers from all over the world are traded daily. Next, visit De Haar Castle, the largest and most magnificent castle in the country. Located in Haarzuilens, De Haar Castle’s neo-Gothic majestic towers, lavish interiors, sprawling parks as well as the large collection historic artefacts and artworks, displaying the luxurious lifestyle of the rich and famous in the early 20th century is guaranteed to impress any visitor.

Day 3 HAARZUILENS – ROERMOND – MAASTRICHT

Today, have a fun-filled shopping spree at Designer Outlet Roermond where you can enjoy discounts of up to 70 percent on all major designer brands. Thereafter, travel to the historic fortified city of Maastricht where you will spend the night.

Day 4 MAASTRICHT – KINDERDIJK – ROTTERDAM

This morning, visit St Peter’s Caves where 80 kilometres of ancient soft limestone cut and hacked by human hands await the eager explorer. You can learn about life in the dark tunnels during times of war. Then, head to the windmills of Kinderdijk. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has a unique collection of well-preserved windmills dating back to the 18th century. Snap photographs of this famous Dutch icon amidst the pastoral surroundings and learn about their vital role in water management in the area. This evening, travel to the busy port town of Rotterdam

Day 5 ROTTERDAM – THE HAGUE

Today, embark on a city tour of Rotterdam, one of Europe’s most exhilarating cities. Catch a glimpse of its seafaring past in this historical city centre before crossing Erasmus Bridge to discover the hip and modern part of the city with its architectural landmarks and artistic sculptures. See De Verwoeste Stad, a sculpture by Ossip Zadkine which commemorates the bombing of Rotterdam during World War II, marvel at the innovative Cube Houses, a unique housing project that survived the war, and be wowed by the highest tower in The Netherlands, the Euromast. Next, visit Markthal Rotterdam, the Netherland’s 1st covered market that features 96 fresh produce stalls and 20 hospitality and retail units on the 2 lowest floors. Designed by Dutch architects, this covered food market is shaped like a giant arch. A staircase in the centre of the market, named the Time Stairs, displays a permanent exhibition about the history of food and artefacts found during the excavation of the site. Then, travel to The Hague, home of the royal family and seat of the Dutch government.

Day 6 THE HAGUE – AMSTERDAM
Breakfast/Dinner
This morning, discover the historical highlights and cultural delights of The Hague. Admire the grandeur of diplomatic buildings like International Criminal Court, and International Court of Justice set among the relaxing lush green spaces in the city. Continue to Town Hall to capture photographs of the grandiose building before concluding the tour with a visit to Peace Palace Visitors Centre, where you can see a modern exhibition depicting the founding history of the juridical institutions in the city. Thereafter return to Amsterdam.

Day 7 AMSTERDAM
Breakfast
Today, proceed to Dam Square where Amstel River was dammed in the 13th century, thus giving the city its name. Next, witness the stellar attractions of Amsterdam such as Royal Palace, Church of Amsterdam and the resplendent National Monument. Next, it is time for a more educational version of the classic happy hour as you embark on the Heineken Experience, situated on the grounds of the former Heineken Brewery. Learn more about the history behind of one of the world’s most recognisable beer brands and have a taste of the famous Dutch pilsner.

Day 8 AMSTERDAM
Breakfast
Tour Zaanse Schans, a quaint Dutch village dotted with well-preserved windmills and cottages. Take the opportunity to visit a cheese farm and witness a wooden clog-making demonstration. Thereafter, return to Amsterdam to enjoy a refreshing canal cruise. Relax on board a glass-domed motor launch cruising down canals flanked by gabled houses. Next, be dazzled by the diamond house in Amsterdam and see master diamond craftsmen at work. Spend some time at leisure for photo-taking or shopping.

Day 9 AMSTERDAM – SINGAPORE
Breakfast/Meals on Board
If time permits, of course there is always last-minute shopping before bidding farewell to Amsterdam as you transfer to the airport for your flight home.

Day 10 ARRIVE IN SINGAPORE
