ITINERARY
DAY 1 - HOME → MUNICH (Meals on Board)

Assemble at the airport and depart to the capital of Bavaria- Munich.

DAY 2 - MUNICH → FUSSEN (Meals on Board, Dinner)
Upon your arrival, make your way to the town of Fussen, enjoy the facade of the Neuschwanstein Castle, one of the most popular of all palaces and castles in Europe. The biggest draw is that Neuschwanstein was built as a place of retreat for the King Ludwig II, transformed into a medieval dream world filled with his longing and ideals. Spend the night in Fussen.

DAY 3 - FUSSEN → ZUGSPITZE → INNSBRUCK (Breakfast/Dinner)
Mt. Zugspitze, which is situated at 2,962 m (9,718 ft) above sea level, is the highest peak of the Wetterstein Mountains as well as the highest mountain in Germany. It lies south of the town of Garmisch- Partenkirchen and the Austria–Germany border runs over its western summit. Go up to the Mt. Zugspitze via cable car. Continue to Innsbruck - is the capital city of Tyrol in western Austria, which is in the Inn Valley, at the junction of Wipp Valley.

DAY 4 - INNSBRUCK → WATTENS → ZELL AM SEE (Breakfast/Dinner)
This morning, visit the famous Golden Roof (Goldenes Dachl) and the old town square. On the way stop to visit the famous Swarovski World. Transfer to Zell am See - the administrative capital of the Zell am See district in the Austrian state of Salzburg. The village is an important tourist destination known as Zell am See-Kaprun and is a transportation hub for the region.

DAY 5 - ZELL AM SEE → SALZBURG (Breakfast/Dinner)
Continue to Salzburg. Discover the beautiful setting of the famous film “The Sound of Music” in the city of Salzburg. Waltz through the lush gardens of Mirabell Palace, and visit the birthplace of famous classical music prodigy Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at No. 9 Getreidegasse. Continue the walking tour to the Old Town of Salzburg to admire the ensemble of baroque and medieval buildings and drop by the magnificent Residence Square with its beautiful fountain. Afterwards, see the Leopoldskron Palace, Hellbrunn Palace, Nonnberg Abbey.

DAY 6 - SALZBURG (Breakfast)
Today, spend the day free at your leisure. We recommend an excursion to one of the most picturesque parts of Austria with Lake Hallstättersee – the UNESCO Cultural Heritage Committee wrote: “… nature of extraordinary beauty added to scientific import …” but it’s also the oldest salt mine in the world. The spectacular findings even gave a culture and epoch its names.

DAY 7 - SALZBURG → IGOLSTADT VILLAGE → MUNICH (Breakfast)
After breakfast, transfer to the Ingolstadt Village Factory Outlet for a spot of shopping. Transfer back to Munich city centre and spend the day at your leisure.

DAY 8 - MUNICH (Breakfast)
Spend the day at your leisure. We recommend an excursion to one of the most picturesque parts of Germany - Rothenburg ob der tauber. Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a German town in northern Bavaria known for its medieval architecture. Half-timbered houses line the cobblestone lanes of its old town. The town walls include many preserved gate houses and towers, plus a covered walkway on top of St. Jakob’s Church houses an intricate, late Gothic altarpiece by woodcarver Tilman Riemenschneider. The medieval town hall has a tower with panoramic views.
