ITINERARY
DAY 1 - HOME → AUCKLAND (Meal on Board)

Assemble at the airport for your flight to Auckland, the metropolitan city of New Zealand.

DAY 2 - AUCKLAND → WAITOMO → ROTORUA (Meal on Board)
Kia Ora! Welcome to New Zealand. Upon arrival, travel south to visit the famous Waitomo Glowworm Caves. Take an underground boat ride and see the millions of glow worms on the cavern roof. Continue coach on to the geothermal wonderland of Rotorua, the centre of Maori culture and famous for its geysers, boiling mud pools and steaming craters. Brief sightseeing tour which includes a visit to the Rotorua Lakefront, historical Government Garden and take in the spectacular view of the Rotorua Bath House. Tonight, you will experience a traditionally prepared Maori Hangi (feast) followed by a cultural performance featuring Maori songs, chants and dance in a hotel.

DAY 3 - ROTORUA → MATAMATA → AUCKLAND (Breakfast, Thai Dinner)
Visit to Te Puia, home to Te Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve and the New Zealand Maori Arts & Crafts Centre. Here you will witness all of nature’s thermal wonders including silica terraces and the famous Pohutu Geyser. Transfer south to Matamata onto Hobbiton Movie Set Tour, a working sheep farm and significant filming location for The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings movie series. Continue travel to Auckland, the ‘City of Sails’ and enjoy a city sights tour. Stop admire view of Auckland Harbour & Bridge, one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks, gaze out over the city from the top of Mt Eden, explore the charming Victorian building at Parnell Village and stylish shopping area Queen Street.

DAY 4 - AUCKLAND (Free Day) (Breakfast)
Today is a free day to explore. Why not try a full day tour to one of New Zealand’s most beautiful locations, the Bay of Islands, surrounded by 144 smaller islands? Alternatively, take ferry to Waiheke Island and get tasting on world-class wines at your own expenses.

DAY 5 - AUCKLAND → CHRISTCHURCH → OAMARU → DUNEDIN (Breakfast, Chinese Dinner)
Transfer to Auckland airport for domestic flight to Christchurch. Upon arrival, commence your sightseeing tour which will cover Christchurch’s top landmarks including Hagley Park, Botanic Garden and Mona Vale. After lunch, head south towards to Oamaru. Stop to view the mystical Moeraki Boulders, then on to Dunedin, the Edinburgh of the South.

DAY 6 - DUNDEDIN → TE ANAU (Breakfast, Hotel Dinner)
This morning start city tour of Dunedin’s iconic Railway Station, the University of Otago, World’s steepest Baldwin Street. Afterwards travel to the only castle in New Zealand - Larnach Castle for a guided tour learning about its tragic and mysterious history. Depart Dunedin and head inland, crossing rich farmlands to the agricultural towns of Gore and Lumsden, before arriving at Te Anau, gateway to the Fiordland National Park.

DAY 7 - TE ANAU → MILFORD SOUND → QUEENSTOWN (Breakfast, Buffet Lunch, Chinese Seafood Dinner)
Trip to Milford Sound is a touring highlight while in New Zealand, one of the most spectacular natural wonder of the world. Follow the Hollyford Valley before descending into the Cleddau Canyon. Drive through the Homer Tunnel into spectacular Milford Sound. From here you will board a scenic cruise. Getting your detailed information of the region’s history, flora & fauna and you will view spectacular waterfalls, rainforests and towering mountains, including the awesome Mitre Peak. Wildlife includes dolphins, seals, penguins & albatross when in season. Savor the international buffet lunch served onboard. Rejoin your coach for journey to the picturesque alpine resort of Queenstown.

DAY 8 - QUEENSTOWN (Free Day) (Breakfast)
Today is a free day to experience this magnificent resort. Queenstown boasts an incredible array of adventure and leisure activities and your tour leader can assist with any optional activities you would like to do.

DAY 9 - QUEENSTOWN → MT COOK → TWIZEL (Breakfast, Hotel Dinner)
This morning, travel to the top of Bob’s Peak by the iconic Skyline Queenstown Gondola for spectacular views of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu from the best vantage point. Next visit to Arrowtown, a beautiful town surrounded by The Remarkable mountain range. Make a stop at Cromwell fruit orchard for a wide selection of fresh seasonal and dry local fruits available at own expenses. Continue visit the famous Kawarau Bungy Bridge site and perhaps, you are game enough to make an attempt at your own expense. Next stop at the Lake Pukaki for some picturesque moment. Visit Mt Cook Na

DAY 10 - TWIZEL → LAKE TEKAPO → CHRISTCHURCH (Breakfast, Dinner)
Head to the beautiful Lake Tekapo with sweeping views of the majestic Southern Alps. Pose with the iconic Dog Statue and see the delightfully quaint Church of Good Shepherd by the lakeside. Continue to the farming district of Ashburton and visit Farmer Corners' Alpacas Farm where you can experience handfeeding Alpacas and buy local products as souvenirs before reaching Christchurch.

DAY 11 - CHRISTCHURCH → HOME (Breakfast, Meals on Board)
Spend some time relaxing and exploring the city before transferring to the airport for your flight back home.

DAY 12 - HOME SWEET HOME
