ITINERARY
DAY 1: SINGAPORE – REYKJAVIK

Meals on Board
Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.

DAY 2: REYKJAVIK – BLUE LAGOON – REYKJAVIK
Meals On Board/Lunch/Dinner
Upon arrival, go on a city tour of Reykjavik and take in Harpa, an impressive concert hall, Parliament House and Hallgrimskirkja, the largest church in Iceland and one of the key landmarks in the city with its exceptionally unique design. Stop by the futuristic glass-domed Perlan and historical Hofdi House. Continue to Blue Lagoon and the world-renowned Blue Lagoon Geothermal Spa, set in a black lava field with pleasantly warm and mineral-rich seawater. Enjoy a relaxing dip in the therapeutic waters and look out for white buckets, containing the famous silica mud, located throughout the lagoon to complete your spa experience.

DAY 3: REYKJAVIK – GOLDEN CIRCLE – SELFOSS
Breakfast/Icelandic Lobster Dinner
After breakfast, embark on an adventure through Golden Circle, South Iceland’s most popular tourist route. Visit Thingvellir National Park, Iceland’s 1st national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to find out more about its historical and political significance in Icelandic history. Then, marvel at the magnificent 2-tiered waterfall Gullfoss before visiting the geothermal hot springs of Geysir and Strokkur. Head to Selfoss for your overnight stay.

DAY 4: SELFOSS – SOUTH COAST - JOKULSARLON
Breakfast/Dinner
This morning, travel to Iceland’s South Coast. Be enthralled by the picturesque Seljalandsfoss as it plummets 200 feet into a deep plunge pool below. You can also hike through the back of the waterfall, where a breathtaking scene awaits. Next, pass by Eyjafjallajokull, an ice-capped volcano. Next stop by Skogar to visit the famous Skogafoss, regarded by many as the most spectacular waterfall in Iceland. Continue to the charming village of Vik and make a stop to view the basalt sea stalks of Reynisdrangar and Reynisfjara black sand beach. If you are feeling adventurous, join an optional glacier walk at your own expense. Experience the thrill of walking on ice as you explore the crevasses, sinkholes and ice ridges accompanied by a glacier guide. Head to Jokulsarlon region to spend the night.

Note:
The optional glacier walk is only available during suitable weather conditions.

DAY 5: JOKULSARLON – SKAFTAFELL – EAST ICELAND
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Start the day exploring Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, a large glacial lake in southeastern Iceland. Embark on an amphibian boat tour and sail among huge icebergs. The lagoon is the lowest point in the country and filled with icebergs drifting towards the sea, often with seals lounging on top. The blocks of ice that break off from the glacier are typically 30 metres high in dramatic shades of white and bright blue. Explore the famous Diamond Beach where huge chunks of icebergs washed ashore dazzle and glisten on a black sand beach. Then, continue to Skaftafell, famous throughout the country for its excellent trails and marvel at magnificent ice formations. Stay overnight in East Iceland region.

DAY 6: EAST ICELAND – LAKE MYVATN - DETTIFOSS – GODAFOSS – NORTH ICELAND
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Start your day with a scenic drive to Lake Myvatn to explore the lava formations of Dimmuborgir and the bubbling mud pools and steaming fumaroles of Hverarondor Hverir. Next, visit Dettifoss, reputed to be the most powerful waterfall in Europe, and Godafoss, one of the most impressive waterfalls in Iceland measuring 12 metres high and 30 metres wide. There are walking paths around the falls making it easy to take fantastic photographs from different angles. Stay overnight in North Iceland region.

DAY 7: NORTH ICELAND – HUSAVIK – AKUREYRI – BORGANES
Breakfast/Dinner
Enjoy a scenic drive to Husavik, the whale capital of Iceland. Go on a whale watch cruise and try to spot the various species including the northern bottlenose whales, minke whales and humpback whales. Make a short stop in Akureyri, Iceland’s 2nd city nestled at the base of Eyjafjordor. Stay overnight in Borganes.

DAY 8: BORGANES – LANGJOKULL – REYKJAVIK
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Embark on an ice-caving tour on board an 8-wheel monster glacier truck to explore the man-made ice cave located on Europe’s 2nd-largest glacier – Langjokull. Next, proceed to Hraunfossar, a fascinating and unique natural spectacle of waterfalls flowing through lava rock, as well as Barnafoss, also known as Children’s Falls to uncover the legend behind this natural beauty. Later, head back to Reykjavik across Hvalfjordur Tunnel, the 5,770-metre-long tunnel through a deep fjord. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 9: REYKJAVIK
Breakfast
After breakfast, spend the day at leisure. You can consider going on an optional Icelandic horseback riding tour, in which you can enjoy a peaceful ride in the Icelandic countryside. Alternatively, you can explore the plethora of museums, landmarks and restaurants that Reykjavik has to offer.

DAY 10: REYKJAVIK – SINGAPORE
Breakfast/Meals on Board
After breakfast, you can do some last-minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.

DAY 11: ARRIVE IN SINGAPORE
