Deposit Policy
- Non-refundable deposit (total room charge booked) is charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% charge is applicable for any cancellation, amendment or shortening of stay and is non-refundable.
Check in Policy
- Check in after 1400hrs. Check out before 1200hrs.
- Guest checking in must be 18 years and above.
Extra-bed / Baby Cot
- Extra-bed charge is applicable for 3rd person sharing the same room at MYR115Nett per night.
- Child below 12 years of age sharing the same room as their parents and using existing bedding at no extra charge.
- Baby cot is complimentary, available upon request (subject to availability upon arrival)
