Mastercard® Spend and Win Promotion
  1. The Mastercard NATAS Travel 2017 Spend and Win Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organized by Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte Ltd (“MAPPL”) in connection with NATAS Travel 2017 (the “Event”), which is held at the Singapore Expo, Halls 7 and 8, on 17, 18 and 19 February 2017 (“Promotion Period”).
  2. The Promotion is open to all cardholders (principal and supplementary cardholders) of Mastercard credit cards, Mastercard electronic cards and Mastercard debit cards issued in Singapore (each an “Eligible Card”).
  3. A “Qualifying Transaction” is defined to include all purchases of travel packages, air tickets, accommodation, land packages and travel insurance plans at participating travel agents at the Event. Qualifying Transactions have to be made on the same day during the Promotion Period and must each be accompanied by a physical Mastercard charge slip.
  4. A maximum of two Qualifying Transactions amounting to S$2,500 and above using the same Eligible Card during the Promotion Period, shall entitle the cardholder the chance to win a premium at the Mastercard redemption booth 7H03 at the Event.
  5. Cardholders must produce Mastercard charge slip(s) upon redemption as proof of Qualifying Transactions. Mastercard charge slip(s) can only be used for a single redemption.
  6. Cardholders with Qualifying Transactions during the Promotion Period may present their Mastercard charge slips (maximum of two charge slips) at the Mastercard redemption booth at the Event to be entitled to redeem a premium for every Qualifying Transaction amounting to S$2,500, up to a maximum redemption amount of $7,500 per day per cardholder, identified by his or her NRIC during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of Eligible Cards held of used by the cardholder. Redemption of premiums is on a first-come, first-served and while stocks last basis.
  7. Premiums are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other premiums. Premiums will only be given out to cardholders who are able to provide the valid documentation for verification. Such documentation includes NRIC, Mastercard card(s) used, Mastercard charge slip(s), purchase invoice and any other documentation which MAPPL may require.
  8. MAPPL reserves the right to replace the premiums with other items of similar value without giving prior notice.
  9. MAPPL reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice.
  10. MAPPL’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
  11. MAPPL does not assume any responsibility for any products and services offered under the Event. The products and services have not been certified by MAPPL and under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in the Event to be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service by MAPPL.
  12. MAPPL and its associated companies accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the redemption gifts or the use thereof. Any tax filing obligation or any tax payment due to any tax authority as a result of receipt of the redemption gifts remain the sole responsibility of the Promotion participant. It is the responsibility of each Promotion participant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
Grand Draw Promotion
  1. Every S$500 spent (up to a maximum of 3 combined receipts) at NATAS Travel 2017 entitles the customer to one grand draw chance.
  2. Visitors who charged to Mastercard®* will receive an additional chance.
  1. The Mastercard “Win a $1000 Shopping Vouchers” applies only for purchases made with a Mastercard card during NATAS Travel 2017.
  2. There will be no rollover in the Mastercard prizes should applicable winners of the NATAS Grand Draw not be eligible for the Mastercard prizes.
  3. The NATAS Grand Draw is open to all customers who spend a minimum of S$500 at NATAS Travel 2017 from 17 – 19 February.
  4. All NATAS employees and their immediate family members, appointed agencies and all sponsors associated with this promotion are not eligible for the Draw
  5. The Organiser’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Draw is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Draw (including eligibility terms and criteria) herein at any time during NATAS Travel 2017 at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
  7. The Organiser and/ or its affiliates shall not be liable to any winner or customer for any loss, damage, and/or injury whatsoever or howsoever caused as a result of the winner/customer’s use and/or enjoyment of any of the prizes.
  8. The Draw will be conducted at NATAS Office on Monday, 20 February.
  9. Results of the Draw will be published in TODAY and Travel 2017 website on 23 February.
  10. Winners will be notified by post.
  11. NATAS will not disclose personal data for any unauthorized purpose nor sell any personal data that it collects.
  12. By participating in this survey/NATAS Grand Draw, you expressly consent to NATAS collecting, using and disclosing the personal data provided in the form for the purposes of conducting research and subsequent publishing of an industry aggregate report.
  13. You also expressly consent to NATAS disclosing the personal data provided to its official partners and sponsors, for the purpose of verifying the particulars of winners of the NATAS Grand Draw.
