Reservation Policies:

*All times indicated in the policies are expressed in hotel's local time (GMT +08:00).

  • Arrival Time: 02:00 PM - Departure Time: 12:00 PM
  • Children Policy: This rate plan is not applicable to children.
  • Prepayment: Full prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. This is nonrefundable.
  • Modification: If you choose to modify, you will be charged the total room charges.
  • Cancellation: If you choose to cancel, you will be charged the total room charges.
  • No-show: Your 100% prepayment will be forfeited if you do not arrive within 24 hours of the check-in date and time of the hotel.
  • Card Fraud Control: To protect credit card owners from fraud, the guest is required to present the actual credit card used in making the online booking and a valid government issued PHOTO ID of the card owner upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse the guest to check-in for failure to comply with this requirement. If the card owner is not the one staying at the hotel, the guest is required to present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used, a valid government issued photo ID of the card owner along with an authorization letter stating that the credit card holder has allowed the guest to use his/her card for the reservation. The hotel may cancel a confirmed reservation if a booking is suspected to be made using a fraudulent credit card.

Hotel Policies

  • Extra Bed Policy: Extra beds are available for Suite Room type only on request, subject to availability upon arrival only.
  • Local Government Fee: Please be informed that since June 1, 2014 the Penang State Government has imposed a "Local Government Fee" on all Penang hotels. The fee, which amounts to MYR 3.00 per room per night, must be paid directly to the hotel upon check-out
  • Payment Policy: The total price of the reservation may be charged after booking, except for Local Council Tax need to pay upon arrival at Hotel.
  • Pet Policy: No pet allowed
  • Tourism Tax: Starting 01 September 2017, the Malaysia Government will implement TOURISM TAX which will be levied for non-Malaysia passport holder at RM10nett per room night. This tax is not included in the Room Rate and it is payable by the guest through the hotel upon arrival/prior to departure. The hotel will also need to take a photocopy of the guest’s passport/ID to be submitted to the authority.
  • Tropical Fruit Policy: Durian and mangosteen fruits are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
