- For Sentosa Express, present NTUC card at Vivo City level 3 ticketing counter to exchange for a Sentosa Express ticket to enjoy free island admission
- For cars/taxis, present their NTUC card at the manned lane to enjoy free island admission
- Refund is not applicable for driving through the auto gantry
