- Tours are available on a first come first served basis.
- Tour will proceed regardless of weather. Strictly no rain checks or refunds.
- Late arrivals may miss certain tour components.
- Direct interactions with dolphins are not included in the Dolphin Island back-of-house tour.
- Wheelchairs and crutches are not permitted in some areas of the back-of-house tour.
- For safety purposes, all guests are required to wear proper covered footwear. All guests are also required to keep all loose items secured.
- No photography or videography is allowed during the back-of-house tour.
- Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will be allowed.
- For your safety – any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
