- Guest has to be at least 18 years old to register and check-in for a room
- NTUC Union Members who book a stay with us will be entitled to complimentary unlimited access to Wild Wild Wet based on maximum room occupancy during their stay
- BBQ pit booking is only available for Beach Cove, Beach Cove Duplex, Mangrove Walk and Park View rooms and is subject to booking fee and availability
- In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, booking charges are strictly non-refundable
- Not applicable for group and corporate bookings, and/or with other promotions, discounts or offers
