Please present your e-ticket at the Friends of the Gardens Centre to collect your Gardens by the Bay voucher on the same date as your visit to the Conservatories.

Promotion rate for Singapore Resident is only applicable to Singapore residents, including Singapore citizens, permanent residents, holders of employment passes, work permits, or dependent passes. Proof of residency may be required when purchasing tickets or when entering the attractions.
All tickets in the package must be utilised within the same day.
Please collect your Gardens by the Bay voucher on the same day as your Attractions visit. Vouchers not collected on the same day will be invalidated.
Gardens by the Bay voucher can only be used at Gardens by the Bay Gift Shops and Conservatory Cafe. Please present your E-ticket at Friends of the Gardens (FOG) Centre to redeem the Gardens by the Bay Voucher on the date of your visit to the Attractions.
Gardens by the Bay voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. - Gardens by the Bay voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.
Gardens by the Bay voucher is not applicable for online (eShop) purchase.
