ITINERARY
DAY 1 SINGAPORE ➤ INCHEON
Assemble at the airport for your flight to Incheon.
DAY 2 INCHEON ➤ SUNCHEON ➤ YEOSU (LUNCH)
Start off the day with a journey to Suncheon City, known for its agricultural and industrial scenes by taking Korea Train Express. Visit Naganeupseong Folk Village, notable for its beautiful cultural landscape and traditional lifestyle stemming from the Joseon Dynasty. Every house is thatched-roofed and village surrounded by fortress walls. Next proceed to Suncheon Bay Eco Park for the coastal wet land field of reeds and mud flats. This evening, enjoy your own dinner at Nangman Pocha, a romantic street stall that offers various type of food while enjoy the beautiful nightscape of Yeosu city.
DAY 3 YEOSU ➤ MOKPO (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
After breakfast, enjoy Yeosu Ocean Rail Bike with the coastal view and LED lights tunnel. Then visit Arte Museum, an immersive media art exhibition organised by d'strict - a world-class digital design company. Continue to Angel Mural Village where you can learn Yeosu history through the wall paintings. Thereafter, head over to Gangjin Dawon Tea Plantation and Lee Han Young Tea Culture Center where you get to sample some home-made snack and traditional tea.
DAY 4 MOKPO ➤ HAENAM ➤ MOKPO (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
This morning, head out to experience Abalone Picking and Tasting. Then proceed to Ttangkkeut Village located at the southernmost tip of the Korean peninsula, via monorail to access to the end point. Thereafter, visit Myeongnyang Battle History Museum to learn the history of General Yi and his Turtle-shaped Panokseon warship. Last but not least, access to bottom-glass Uldolmok Skywalk. Note: Travel period 01 – 10 Apr: will get to see Mt Yudalsan Cherry Blossom Road. Travel period Mid May – End Jun: Abalone picking will be replaced with Clam Digging experience.
DAY 5 MOKPO ➤ BANWOL ISLAND (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
After breakfast, visit Mokpo's largest traditional Dongbu Market to catch a glimpse of the lifestyle and culture along with delicious food. Next, enjoy the scenic view on Mokpo Marine Cable car ride. Thereafter, visit the picturesque Purple Island where all the house roofs and bridges are coloured in purple, creating a sea of purple shade. You may also spot lavender and other crops of lilac fields around the island.
DAY 6 GWANGJU ➤ DAMYANG ➤ JEONJU ➤ SEOUL (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER)
Today, travel to Metasequoia Road to see one of Korea’s most beautiful paths with Metasequoia trees lined up on both sides and is especially beautiful during the Fall. Continue on to Bamboo Garden where you can immerse yourself in the freshness while taking a walk down the leafy road. Explore Jeonju Hanok Village and Food Street where various hanok houses have been converted to restaurants, galleries and shops. This evening, travel to Seoul City and enjoy some shopping at Dongdaemun. *Note: For travel period 01Jul – 06Aug: Jeonju Hanok Village will be replaced with Mud Festival. For travel period 20Sep – 24Oct: Jeonju Hanok Village will be replaced with Pink Muhly. For travel period 25Oct – 10Nov: Jeonju Hanok Village will be replaced with Naejangsan. National Park and Baekyangsa Temple)
DAY 7 SEOUL (BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
Today visit the most iconic Changdeokgung Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its outstanding architectural details and autumn foliage. En route, make a stop at Ginseng Gallery and Cosmetic Shop for a spot of shopping. Then continue your shopping spree at Myeongdong and Hongdae before you end the day.
DAY 8 SEOUL ➤ SINGAPORE (BREAKFAST)
After breakfast, have some last minute shopping at a Liver Shop before your transfer to Incheon International Airport for your flight back to Singapore.
