TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND TRIPZILLA
This Site is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
We may change or modify these Terms of Use at any time and such changes or modifications will come into effect immediately upon posting to the Site. You may not take the results from a search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Company home page or results pages on your website. You may not "meta-search" the Site. If you want to make commercial use of the Services, you must enter into written agreement with us to do so in advance.
You agree not to or to attempt to submit, upload, post or otherwise introduce any unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, abusive or obscene or any otherwise illegal material of any kind or material that infringes any intellectual property rights of any person onto this Site.
LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT
TripZilla provides information on, accepts advertising from, and provides links to third-party vendors. TripZilla may send emails to you of such advertisements. Offers from these vendors that may be mentioned on the Site are often subject to change at any time, and may have many additional restrictions and limitations. Users of the Site and the Service agree to confirm all aspects of third-party offers with the offering party, and not to hold TripZilla and its employees and affiliates responsible for any circumstances that may arise from interactions with a third party.

We do not guarantee the timeliness, validity, completeness, accuracy or reliability of these information. You understand and agree that you shall use the information at your own risk. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall TripZilla or its affiliates be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, loss, claims or direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages which may arise out of or is in any way connected to use or reliance on listing of any information relating to this Site or the information contained herein, and includes any delay or inability to use this Site. This provision includes, without limitation, any liability for consequential, special, incidental, indirect, punitive or similar damages, even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages, and covers any actions whether based on tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TripZilla its officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, employees, consultants, agents, licensors, content providers and suppliers from any and all claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by your failure to comply with these terms and conditions, your negligent or wrongful conduct, your infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other right of a third party or from your violation of any applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Singapore.
