Offer Terms:

1. In order to be eligible for Bonus 6E Rewards under the Offer, the applicant shall, (i) apply for a Co-branded Credit Card during the stated Application Period though IndiGo website , app or below DAP link (https://apply.hdfcbank.com/vivid/creditcard_new?CHANNELSOURCE=INDG) and (ii) successfully receive an approval (subject to bank’s terms & conditions) for such Co-branded Credit Card within the stated Approval Period
2. Bonus 6E Rewards shall be credited as follows:

   2. 6E Rewards XL Card: 3000 6E Rewards

4. Bonus 6E Rewards under the Offer will be credited to the Member’s Membership Account 90 days after receipt of the approval for the Co-branded Credit Card in accordance with the Terms and Conditions from HDFC Bank. 
5. Bonus 6E Rewards will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance to the Member.
6. IndiGo reserves the right to modify, change or rescind all or any of these terms and conditions without assigning any reason.
7. The Terms and Conditions apply to the Offer and in case of any conflict between these terms and conditions of the Offer and the Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions of the Offer shall prevail.

20% Bonus 6E Rewards Offer

Offer: During the Offer Period, IndiGo HDFC Co-branded Credit Card (“Co-branded Credit Card”) holder book IndiGo flight on IndiGo app or website and earn 20% cashback (in the form of Bonus 6E Rewards).

Offer Period: 00:00 hours February 27 2023 to 23:59 hours March 13, 2023 (both inclusive)

Offer Terms:

• In order to be eligible for 6E Rewards under the Offer, the Co-branded Credit Card holder shall, (i) book IndiGo flight tickets during the Offer Period, and (ii) use the Co-branded Credit Card to make full payment of the booking amount for such flight tickets.
• Cardholders making a flight booking on IndiGo’s website or app using the Co-branded Credit Card during the Offer Period shall receive 20% Bonus 6E Rewards for such booking. This shall be applicable on the first such booking made by a Cardholder during the Offer Period.
• The first valid booking per mobile number registered on the IndiGo app or web by a Co-branded Credit Card holder, during the Offer Period, will be considered for 20% (Twenty percent) cashback in the form of 6E Rewards (as defined in the relevant terms) 6E Rewards T&C – https://www.goindigo.in/6e-rewards/6e-rewards-terms-and-conditions.html#hp/program, wherein maximum cashback can be up to 2000 Bonus 6E Rewards to customers who make a booking during the Offer Period.
• The Offer is applicable on a minimum booking amount of INR 3,000 (Indian Rupees Three Thousand).
• Each Cardholder may only utilize 1 (one) Co-branded Credit Card for receiving prizes and benefits as mentioned herein, during the Offer Period.
• Co-branded Credit Card holders are eligible once per registered mobile number on IndiGo App or Web.

• The Terms and Conditions apply to the Offer and in case of any conflict between these terms and conditions of the Offer and the Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions of the Offer shall prevail.
• The Offer is designed for B2C customers only, for bookings on IndiGo’s website and app using the Co-branded Credit Card. Hold bookings or group bookings for IndiGo’s flights, and IndiGo flight bookings made through travel agents, or by corporates, or through platforms other than IndiGo’s website, mobile application android application or iOS application, are not eligible for the Offer.
• By registering and participating in the Offer, Cardholders acknowledge that they have agreed to be bound by these Rules and Regulations
• Calculation of Eligible Spends including the methodology shall remain confidential at all times and shall remain at the sole discretion of IndiGo.

MISCELLAENOUS TERMS FOR OUR OFFER(S):

1. By registering and participating in the offer(s), users acknowledge that they have agreed to be bound by these rules and regulations.
2. Entries to the offers are not transferrable.
3. We may require users to furnish necessary supporting documentation as may be necessary to authenticate the identity of the users, including ownership of the Co-branded Credit Card where applicable. All personal details and information requested by and supplied to us by users must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. 
4. Failure to provide necessary supporting documentation within the timeline prescribed by us may result in disqualification from the offer(s) at our discretion. We also reserve the right to disqualify anyone, in case any discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the users during any conversation with the us or our sub-contractors, partners and vendors in the relevant offer, and/or in the information stated in the documents furnished by the users.
5. The user(s) hereby represents that he/she is not under any exclusive contract with any other third party/ agency or is not under any kind of disqualification under law to enter into an agreement with us or our affiliates.
6. The user(s) acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen to participate in the relevant offer at his / her free will and is willing to bear all risk, costs and consequences arising from such participation in such offer. It is a condition of entry and participation in the offer that the user(s) has not entered into any contractual, commercial, sponsorship agreement or other arrangement which might be in breach of our terms or otherwise prevent the user(s) from participating in the offer or the broadcast, offer, exploitation or sponsorship thereof.
7. By participating in the offer, user(s) provide us with permission to send SMSs to or call him / her, whether or not such sender is registered on the National Do Not Call registry.
8. The user(s) acknowledges that his/her right to participate in the offer shall constitute good and valid consideration, binding him/her by our terms. However, participation in the offer(s) shall in no way guarantee a right to any particular gift.
9. All award decisions shall be at IndiGo discretion.
