ITINERARY

DAY 1: SINGAPORE - AUCKLAND

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your flight to Auckland. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 2: AUCKLAND - MATAKANA - AUCKLAND

Highlights:

Farmers Markets, Sculptureum, Auckland Harbour Bridge, Parnell

After breakfast, explore Matakana's lively Farmers Markets, brimming with local produce and handmade crafts. Then, discover the enchanting Sculptureum, a haven of art and nature nestled in vineyards. Marvel at the captivating sculptures and paintings, each with its own compelling narrative. Wander through the gardens, immersing yourself in the intricate details of each masterpiece. Thereafter, back to Auckland for a city tour through this cosmopolitan City of Sails. Stop to admire the best views of Auckland Harbour Bridge, one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks, and Victorian buildings at charming Parnell.

DAY 3: AUCKLAND - ROTORUA

Highlights:

Mt Ngongotaha, gondola ride, Luge, Hobbiton Movie Set Tour

This morning, embark to Hobbiton Movie Set Tour in Matamata, where “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Hobbit” trilogies were filmed. See the remnants of the original Hobbiton village and be awed by the picturesque New Zealand farmland. Witness the setting of the movie with a large pine tree by the lake and the surrounding rolling countryside. Proceed to Rotorua and head to a gondola ride to admire the surrounding panoramic views as you ascend to the top of Mt Ngongotaha. Next, experience an exhilarating ride on the Luge, a fun-filled 2-kilometre-long gravity ride on a cart which is suitable for all ages. In the evening, enjoy a buffet dinner at Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar Rotorua, home to some of New Zealand’s best award-wining cuisine. After dinner, you may wish to enjoy a relaxing soak in the mineral pools of a Polynesian spa at your own expense.

DAY 4: ROTORUA

Agrodome & frm tour, Redwoods Treewalk, Whakarewarewa – The Living Maori Village, Te Puia, New Zealand Maori Arts & Crafts Institute

This morning, proceed to Agrodome to catch the farm show and watch sheepdogs and 19 breeds of sheep perform. Then, join the farm tour, in which you will get to ride a tractor, hand-feed and take photos with many of the friendly animals including romney sheep, cattle, deer, llamas, ostriches, pigs and alpacas. Experience the majestic and magical Redwoods Treewalk, suspended high above the forest floor. Encounter 75-metre-tall redwoods as you walk across eco-suspended bridges and platforms regarded by many as one of the best treetop walks in New Zealand. Head to Te Puia to view the natural wonderland of bubbling mud pools, erupting geysers and steaming hot springs at Whakarewarewa – The Living Maori Village. Next, learn about Maori culture at New Zealand Maori Arts & Crafts Institute. To top off this evening’s experience, enjoy a traditionally cooked hangi feast dinner from earthen ovens and relish in a Maori concert with lively songs and performances.

DAY 5: ROTORUA - AUCKLAND - CHRISTCHURCH

Highlights:

Transitional “Cardboard” Cathedral, Arts Centre, Hagley Park

Transfer to Auckland airport for your domestic flight to Christchurch. Upon arrival, embark on a city tour of Christchurch and drive past Transitional “Cardboard” Cathedral. Arts Centre and Hagley Park. Thereafter, proceed to Kaikoura, the northernmost district within the Canterbury region.

DAY 6: KAIKOURA

Today, hop onto a whale watching cruise in Kaikoura to see these majestic and colossal sperm whales – the largest toothed whales in the world! Spend the rest of the day at leisure. You may join an optional tour swimming with the dolphins or watching the fascinating creatures from the comfort of a boat or go for a quad bike tour at your own expense. If weather permits, take a helicopter ride to a scenic flight above the Kaikoura Peninsula and up to the mountain ranges for a landing. at your own expense.

DAY 7: KAIKOURA - CHRISTCHURCH

International Antarctic Centre, 4D Theatre, Hagglund ride

SEn route via Waipara**,** a sub region of the Canterbury wine region before heading back to Christchurch. Upon arrival in Christchurch, visit International Antarctic Centre to gain insights into the awesome beauty of the Antarctic. Enjoy their latest attraction, 4D Theatre and hop onto a Hagglund ride to experience a thrilling Antarctic adventure.

DAY 8: CHRISTCHURCH - LAKE TEKAPO - MT COOK NATIONAL PARK - TWIZEL

Farmers Corner Alpaca Farm, Church of the Good Shepherd, Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki

After breakfast, proceed to Aoraki Mt Cook National Park region. Stop at Farmers Corner Alpaca Farm, where you can shop for New Zealand’s premium products and souvenirs, and interact with the cute alpacas. Next, visit Church of the Good Shepherd by the edge of the lovely Lake Tekapo. Stop by the lookout at Lake Pukaki, where Mt Cook, New Zealand’s highest mountain stands

DAY 9: TWIZEL - CROMWELL - ARROWTOWN - QUEENSTOWN

Highlights:

Cromwell, Arrowtown

This morning, depart for Queenstown, a town nestled by Lake Wakatipu. Stop over at a fruit orchard in Cromwell to shop for local fruits. Thereafter, stop along the banks of Kawarau River, where you may go for an optional jetboating adventure at your own expense. Next stop is Arrowtown, surrounded by the Remarkables mountain range, making it a perfect stop to enjoy the view and explore this quaint town. This evening, enjoy a Chinese dinner with abalone and lobster.

DAY 10: QUEENSTOWN

Spend the day at leisure. You may join an optional tour to the ruggedly beautiful Milford Sound, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, or try horseback riding and whitewater rafting at your own expense.

DAY 11: QUEENSTOWN - AUCKLAND - SINGAPORE

After breakfast, spend half day at leisure or join any adventure activities in Queenstown at your own expense. If time permits, you can do some last-minute shopping before you transfer to the airport for your flight home.

DAY 12: ARRIVE IN SINGAPORE
